In 2012 he founded Iceta Private Wealth Solutions EAF S.L. and, after eight years developing the business of advising private clients, professionals and institutions, in 2020 he integrated his firm and team into Wealth Solutions, joining as Managing Partner.
In 2009 he assumed the management and consolidation of UBS's Regional business in Spain, which included the offices of A Coruña, Bilbao, Zaragoza, Barcelona, Valencia (Levante-Baleares) and Seville. He also held the positions of Managing Director, Deputy General Manager and member of the Executive Committee.
In 2000 he joined Banco Sabadell as Business Director of Retail Banking and two years later he joined UBS Bank in Spain, first as Team Leader and, from 2003 to 2009, as Director responsible for the Madrid Office which was the main reference for UBS in Spain. During those years he had an important management role, with responsibility for more than 60 people between bankers and commercial support staff, and contributing to the growth of UBS's business in Spain.
He began his professional career in 1987 at Citibank Spain as a Financial Analyst in the Stock Market Department. In 1991 he joined the Barclays Group until 2000, when he joined Sabadell.
