What is it?

The Internal Information System is a means for the Sinergia Group to facilitate agile and confidential communication of irregularities that may constitute regulatory breaches. Communications can be submitted anonymously. 


The internal information system allows for the reception and processing of complaints about irregular conduct, infractions, crimes, or breaches of regulations, both of current applicable legislation and of the internal regulations and commitments established by the entity.

This system is not the appropriate channel for customer complaints.

Who is it for?

This channel is for anyone who is or Hi ...having been employed by any of the companies in the Sinergia Group. At the same time, any person who is or has been in contact with the companies that form the Sinergia Group, including suppliers, former employees, etc., may use the aforementioned channel.

What can be reported?

Irregular conduct, infractions of all kinds, offenses, or non-compliance with regulations related, in general, to the activity carried out by our Group.
